YOU WILL NEVER SMELL A SWEETER STORY

Great Historical ItemGreat Job Sam

an exceptional collection

A triumph of canine literature.

Great BookThough far from the most major event to occur in this hardcover, the highlight of the book for me came when the ever-silent Morn burst into a song and dance number called "Silent No More". While this would have come off better had we been actually able to see and hear Morn, it was an unexpected twist and something long-time DS9 fans have been waiting a long time for. And who would have thought his first words would profess that he has a homosexual crush on Quark? Here I was thinking he just hung around the bar all the time because he liked to drink. I would have never have guessed what his true feelings were! And wait until you see how Quark and Ro Lauren react to the news! Let's just say you'll be surprised.
That's not the only surprise of a personal nature that takes place in this book. The long awaited birth of "Captain Sisko's child" takes place and let's just say that the baby has a few ridges too many on his forehead to be human! For an infant, it also seems to have a very strong fasination with prune juice. Bajor's populace is not happy and soon Kassidy and Worf, Jr are on the run from an angry mob!
What other surprising twists and turns take place in this exciting novel? You'll just have to buy it and find out for yourself.

A tribute to an unsung hero

Poignant 'Street People' Tugs at the Heart

I love Payton Skky

did you do this with your child?

Rare AlchemyMy own quirky sensibilities were burnished by the authors' mastery of the esoteric, arcane, and the literary. Dickinson scholarship will certainly never be the same after the adumbration of certain of her key poems in the chapter devoted to her.
But what propels this book to a "must read" is the humor which can be side splitting. The advice offered to elders is especially on target. Anyone interested in sex and/or weight loss [and the dynamic fusion of the two] will revel in the insights.
Good satire is rare; I salute the accomplishment of the authors. They've managed to 'send up' two topics that fill bookshelves but, when combined, form a rare alchemy. High marks all 'round!
Not incidentally, I lost 11 pounds and have never smiled as much.
A refreshing read for anyone who loves to "get inside" a family and actually feel the emotions of the charachters and a new special friend. The title became a paw print on a petal in my heart at the end of the book - truly touching - written as though the "friend" was actually telling me the story sitting by a warm and cozy fireplace.
The fact that it is a true story makes it even more remarkable. Once you read it, you will never look at a rose the same. It uplifted my spirit and made me feel wonderful to experience the integrated family live life and learn things that only people who are lucky enough to become close to someone much unlike themselves.
Love of animals and the true beauty of the human condition and a few little dogs makes for an unforgetable love story. I have loaned it to many friends, and it has been returned quickly because it's one of those books you devour quickly and don't want to end. I wish there was a sequel. I hunger for the knowledge of how their lives are going. Absolutely a perfect book for anyone who believes in promises - and it may even make a cynic a little softer hearted. If you're lucky, you may even experience the scent of a rose at the end - I think I did!
Don't let this book get by you. A timeless story for teens and adults and even a great story to read to your children.
